Driving while Breastfeeding!

Driving while breastfeeding - DWBF - is a really bad idea. While I understand that breastfeeding takes time and sometimes folks want to multitask more than watching TV or reading during that time, you can go to far. This woman from Ohio was driving her other children to school and breastfeeding one at the same time!

The mother was charged with child endangerment and violating the child restraint law. You must keep those kids in a car seat, and breasts do not count as air bags. I have to imagine she was a little distracted as well. This is a little more than a cell phone conversation. From the article:

Compton was issued citations for child endangering and violating the child restraint law. Compton told News Center 7 Friday, "If my child's hungry, I'm going to feed it."

I don't want to be driving next to this lady. There is a video where she explains her rationale at the link above. "The child was hungry," she says.
